Tired of trying to find a box or folder to hold the cards you are giving as gift? Tired of the cost of those boxes? There is now a template designed specifically to make a holder for the cards and envelopes for gift giving or to sell.

This template makes a great holder for cards you want to give as a gift to someone. It holds eight 4 ¼ x 5 ½ inch cards along with the envelopes for them, and it fits on a sheet of 8 ½ x 11 cardstock. Made of flexible heavy duty plastic with easy to follow directions included. Very easy to use - just trace the outline on your cardstock, run your bone folder along the slots to score it for folding, cut it out, fold, tape and use.

You can get creative and before you fold it, you can cover the cardstock with variety of papers, old calendars, wrapping papers, or fabric. Or stamp the cardstock before or after cutting it out to make it coordinate exactly with the cards you are going to enclose.

What I really like about it is that I can cut it out of any cardstock I want - either coordinating or contrasting with the cards that I am going to include in it. The first one I made was for a co-worker, and I covered the outside with coordinating paper and covered the inside with fabric. Then I attached a self-stick Velcro dot to the front to close it. Everyone who seen the cards and Caddy thought I bought it somewhere.
